When the light shines XD XD

12th Standard, i was in the 12thstandard and i still hated boys. I had always hated guys, ever since 3rd standard when i got bullied by this really bad boy(at that time yea he seemed weally weally baad XD). He always jumped, stomped and kicked the sand castles i built in the school playground at lunch time L.
The summer after the 12 board exams saw a tremendous change in hormonal activity, uh oh news for parents but kinda unexpected for the uneducated unsuspecting soon to realise young girl with an internet connection and a now curious and sceptical mind.

Yep, apart from what ur thinking i also got introduced to online networking. It wasn’t exactly social networking. It was FriendZone or something on MSN. I started talking to random people in the hopes of finding friends, mostly of the opposite sex. I found 2. Yogesh and.....er....oh what’s his name.... Sahil or something.
Yogesh was a 28yr old interior designer with who i started talking often, and Sahil an 18 or so year old who was in college at the time; didn’t speak to him much but sometimes.

I’m not getting into details now due to lack of patience but i’ll say the thing with yogesh didn’t turn out well, in fact i learnt a lesson then, and learnt it the hard way, first hand experience – “Don’t befriend freaks or psychopaths online, especially not random ones who you don’t know about and who are older and have college going girl friends that live in other parts of the country who’re hard up for these men who just want to have a good time with you in while their women finish studies.”

It kinda sounds funny now...maybe even like an entertaining story or anecdote but what i learnt from that first entrance into the bigger world made me different, insecure, cynical...

But we all learn things from experiences and i learnt to keep my guard up. Learnt that not everyone out there wants to make you feel safe or good.

Look on the bright side Sun, now you can tell a bastard by his “hi, how are you?”  XD XD.
